Job: Accounts Specialist, Iloilo in Iloilo City, Western Visayas

JOB ROLE: Generally responsible for the collection of the company’s account receivables; also responsible in the maintenance and management of the company’s existing accounts portfolio. Monitors and manages all accounts from time of sale until the unit will be turned-over to its owner/buyer. Prepares a monthly forecast (beginning) report of expected collections for the month; also prepares a month-end collection report. Handles and resolves customer complaints; prepares Accounts Recommendation Sheet (ACS) for the buyer’s request which will be forwarded to the Management. Deals directly with buyer/coordinates with the buyer thru different modes of communication. Performs other tasks as may be assigned. REQUIREMENTS: Graduates of BS Business Administration or its equivalent are encouraged to apply. With good oral and written communication skills. With pleasing personality/front-liner type. Must have good interpersonal and negotiation skills. Must be knowledgeable in MS Office applications specifically MS Excel. Experience in collections and customer service is an advantage. Not more than 25 years old.
